Parmesan Chicken Breasts
6 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
2 tbsp melted margarine
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup dry bread crumbs
1 tsp each of dried oregano leaves and parsley flakes
1/4 tsp each of paprika, salt, and black pepper
Heat oven to 400 degrees. Spray 15x10x1 pan with nonstick cooking
spray. Dip each piece of chicken in the melted margarine and then
coat with the combined remaining ingredients. Place in the pan.
Bake 20-25 minutes or until tender.
